Liliana is a bilingual (Spanish/ English) Latinx clinician, passionate about supporting others on their healing journey. Liliana enjoys working with adult clients focusing on daily stressors, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Her sessions are implemented using a variety of modalities depending on the client's needs- including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Spiritual resources such as psychedelic integration. In addition, Liliana continues her commitment to healing as a student of shamanism and Usui reiki.


Liliana's goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, empathic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their inner world and overcoming life obstacles. For Liliana, the relationship between the clinician and client is collaborative, aiming to help clients heal and achieve their goals in therapeutic partnership. She believes meeting people where they are and providing them with a personalized approach with the right resources will help clients avoid being consumed by their challenges and issues. Her focus is to help clients develop daily practices that align with them, help relieve symptoms, and bring peace and balance. Liliana has a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Phoenix with a Clinical Mental Health advancement certificate from Niagara University. Liliana also has a BA from Baruch College.


Liliana had an early career in the financial district of New York City and understands the day-to-day demands of intense working environments. Through self-healing and exploration, she found a calling to shift her career to psychotherapy. In her spare time Liliana enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time with family, her dog, and in nature.
