MONTHLY KAP GROUPS

Monthly KAP Groups at Wellness Embodied

Break out of your rut, get beyond stuckness. Join us in a safe group environment where members are committed to growth and making change.

Our monthly format will allow your therapeutic work to take a deeper dive into transformation. Use this group setting to feel your relational self once as an experiment to dip your toe into deeper possibilities or keep coming back and go into a deeper layer with each group attendance.

A Space To Be Yourself

Our KAP Monthly Groups are designed to be a place where you can be yourself. Our team is committed to creating a space that fosters self awareness and connection, whether you commit to one month or many.

Led by Julissa Almonte, LCSW and Rachelle Pean, LCSW

Build A Team Around Yourself

Being part of a supportive group is an essential level-up for many people in their healing and growth. Together as a team, we stretch ourselves to connect and to experiment with new ways of being.

Each treatment enhances overall neuroplasticity, enabling you to better make lasting changes to your patterns of thinking and behavior. Before, during, and after your Ketamine experience, our group will engage in facilitated activities designed to optimize our ability to leverage Ketamine’s effects and to make meaningful personal change.
