This group facilitates embodied experiences of our cellular nature. It offers integrative experiences of early movement re-patterning explorations in creative and nourishing ways.  We explore early embryological and developmental movement patterns that can open new pathways for bonding and secure attachment. Subtle relationships with the physical self, consciousness and elements of the earth are fortified through explorations of gravity, levity, bonding, yielding, tonifying.  A nuanced sense of boundaries through the embodiment of the cellular membrane is also explored.

This group is based in Body Mind Centering® , includes group processing, and at times will also draw upon authentic movement, yoga, and somatic experiencing.

Group is restorative and can accommodate all bodies (cushions, blankets, chairs, massage balls available. suggestion to bring yoga mat)

For clients in psychotherapy, entering into this process with awareness in a supported container can be a helpful tool for meeting mental health challenges and creating opportunity for new growth.  The cellular ground is a powerful place of unity, healing, and reorganization based in the nature, physiology and biology of our selves and community.
