RETHINKING MASCULINITY
This 10-week in-person therapy group is designed for men and masc-identifying individuals seeking a supportive space to explore mental health, challenge traditional masculine norms, and develop healthy forms of emotional expression. Through group discussions, therapeutic exercises, and mindfulness practices, participants will learn to break free from cultural expectations around masculinity, cultivate vulnerability, develop positive coping skills and build emotional resilience with the support of the group.
