A KETAMINE CEREMONY

Soften:

A Ketamine Ceremony

for Femme Identified People

Soften is a space to de-armor and tune into the body's wisdom, the intuition, and to feel into who you are and what needs care underneath any daily/historical life strategies of survival and masking that you have needed to get through. Many of us have been muscling our way through the external demands of life, or being a role for others without much space to be in touch with the softest spaces inside ourselves. Soften is a space of inner repair and connection where you can slow down and be with yourself. The overarching intention of this group is that it can initiate or reconnect you with your inner self- the self that will continue to guide you post ceremony into centering your own needs and desires for life.

Rachelle Pean, LCSW, will facilitate this intimate space (a maximum of 4 people) where we will journey into the softer spaces inside of our bodies, our subconscious, and our inner emotional landscape.

Our allies will be gentle breathwork, intention setting, a written release ritual exercise, and a gentle dose of ketamine.

RACHELLE PEAN, LCSW, Psychotherapist, KAP

Rachelle Péan is a safe space for her inner child and the expression of liberation from her Haitian and Welsh ancestors. She is passionate about extending this space to others in her work: a space where people can liberate themselves at their own pace, learn how to be with the stored energy of trauma in their own bodies, and recover and reclaim their body's intuitive wisdom.

Rachelle got her master's in clinical social work from the Silberman school of social work at hunter, Usui Reiki level II training with Jissel Ravelo, Attachment Focused EMDR training with Laurel Parnell, Hypnotherapy Certified, 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga training with Yoga to the People in NYC, and enough trainings to realize how to get out of the way in session and allow the client's inner healer to take the lead. Psychedelic exploration and learning from her clients have been her biggest teachers on this healing path.

Rachelle believes each session can be a space of liberation and social justice by giving plenty of room for the unique expressions each human being encompasses inside, and giving room for how identity impacts our emotional, physical, and spiritual expression in our lives. This means sessions are poly-friendly (welcoming all expressions of relationship dynamics), LGBTQ affirming, sex positive, and the therapy room is the perfect room to bring in racial dynamics and how global events impact each of us individually--and how our individual healing can impact global events.
