Stacy is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and improve their mental and emotional well-being. With over 10 years of experience in the field of social work, Stacy brings a compassionate, client-centered approach. Stacy is a proud member of the Jamaican diaspora but also calls the Hudson valley home, her experiences growing up in a multicultural community has shaped her passion for social justice and cultural advocacy. 

Stacy’s expertise spans various areas of social work, including mental health counseling, family therapy, crisis intervention, and support for individuals coping with life transitions. She works with clients of all ages, helping them address issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Stacy believes in creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to achieve personal growth and healing. She is trained in CBT, DBT and Psychodynamic therapy and also has a strong background of working with domestic violence issues. 

In addition to her role as a social worker, Stacy is committed to continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices to offer the best care to her clients. Stacy received her Bachelor degree from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh NY and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Southern California (USC). 

Outside of practice, Stacy enjoys fun physical activities, painting, volunteering and traveling, which allows her to maintain a balanced and fulfilling life.
